Registration and Payment
Registration of conference participants and payment of conference fees will also be handled by EASYCHAIR.
Login to your EASYCHAIR account, select registration and after you provide all relevant information you can proceed and make the payment (at that time or at a later date). Your invoice is available to be downloaded upon registration. Payment receipt can be downloaded from your EASYCHAIR account once payment has been made.
The payment portal will be available from 1 - February - 2025.

*Conference fees include: Admittance to the conference, conference proceedings (program pamphlet and USB stick with detailed program and abstracts, ISBN), coffee breaks, the welcome reception, three lavish luncheons and the gala dinner . In addition, the cost of the post Conference excursion on June 20, 2025 is included in the fees.
** A valid Student ID card or letter by Supervisor is required (to be sent to the Conference Secretariat by email, after online registration on EASYCHAIR).
***Company booths are next to the posters area & fees include the attendance of one person to the conference.
